The MLB app sounds great. How's the quality of the games? Somebody showed me an astronomy app that works by holding the iPhone up to a constellation. It then shows you the constellation info. Pretty damn neat.

^^ The video quality is fine but it's not really that practical as it kills the battery. To me the killer feature is the audio. Having global access to those live radio feeds is great. I get Vin Scully calling Dodger games where ever I go.

I'm thinking of getting an iPhone (despite Conne's blistering criticism ). Right now, I'm in the telephonic Dark Ages, so anything I get would be an upgrade, but I'll monitor this thread to see what apps are available. TIA, guys.
