What's the difference between 21cm, 19cm, and 18cm? What's the difference between MIJ and MII?

The numbers are the leg opening. 17cm most tapered 21cm the least. 21cm is about 8.5" leg opening. MIJ = made in Japan MII= made in Italy

Not sure but all i have left close to that would be a 30.

I also have a pair of NWT 19cm in a size 32 that would def work.

I purchased the 28's on Friday and got them today. They came just in time for my birthday tomorrow and trip to Europe on Friday! Excellent seller. Do not hesitate to buy from him.
