I want to grow medium/long hair but its crazy dense/thick...

So basically I have had the same haircut for 10+ years, and now I want to grow it out to something like this. http://www.poptower.com/images/db/10...-cj-koegel.jpg
but the problem is once it gets past about an inch long, it will frizz up. Pair this with having very thick strands, plus being extremely dense. How can I grow this? Thanks for help.

For fuck's sake, put a warning up before you post a shirtless picture like that. His nipples are burned into my retinae.

If you want to grow that hair just let it lengthen, possibly thin it a bit if needed, spend too much time on the beach, and say 'Dude' as much as possible. That should make you look and act ridiculous in no time.
