I don't know... that was the *only* salvageable scene in that movie for me. But it was pretty salvageable, yeah.

Seriously?! I think She Hate Me was really confused about it wanted to be. Indictment of the amorality of big business? Story about a lost love? Soft-core lesbian porn? Inside Man definitly makes up for She Hate Me though. A. edit>The Break Up, such an amazingly funny cast in such an amazingly unfunny movie.

in 1996, i went on a date with my then-girlfriend. we decided to catch a movie. hmmm... ellen degeneres? she's very funny and she has this movie out, 'mr. wrong"

boy that was one sorry ass mistake. the movie was so bad me and my date really felt after that we wasted our time, and we were so pissed off we even had a big fight that night. its a good thing we patched it up, and eventually got married. but i still curse the person who gave the greenlight to this movie.

Mortal Kombat was the worst movie ever made.

Cool World, Pearl Harbor and Van Helsing all come pretty close.

It's crappy movie making, that's what it is.

Some of the dialogue was almost as if they were trying to make it sound like a joke..

"you don't fight with all your heart"...

everything Scorpion says is "get over here!" "get down here!", and all this cheesy eastern mysticism which makes absolutely no sense. I played the video game as a kid, but only saw the movie on TBS about a month ago.

I was in total disbelief, I had to keep watching.

8 mile was basically the same except uhh better

Did you even watch 50 Cent's movie? It's so in vogue to rip on whatever he does. It's so hilarious how when he came out everyone was completely besotted with him, and now it's quite cool to deride everything he does based purely on his most popular singles. Get Rich or Die Tryin' showed a part of where he came from... He never intended on being a rapper like Eminem did, and I think it shows why 50 Cent talks about what he talks about.

From a film point of view, 50 Cent's movie was a lot better. The casting was better, and so was the plot. 8 Mile was pretty terrible besides the battles and didn't show much character development. I liked the birth/death scene (on the 4th of July) when 50 was being taken to the hospital. He showed a great deal of vulnerability in this film and it definately wasn't this big stupid gangster film that most people make it out to be.

I know you love that. They might be Cleverley. Note the German on that Ellen Degeneres movie cover.
