Height - Page 3

Six feet, two inches, the perfect height, though the world often seems to have been made for much smaller people.

Funny you mentioned that. Almost everything in the states are designed for the average 6' white male.

Are you kidding me? Have you ever tried to sit up straight in a car designed in the United States?

Sports cars not included, obviously. In most regular sized cars, a 6' male would feel quite comfortable. Your head would still be quite close to the roof, though, I mean they dont expect your to wear Cold Stream guard hats when you drive.

5 foot 5.

6' even. I have actually commented IRL that I find it a pleasant height -- not so tall that I bang my head with alarming frequency, or have trouble fitting in a car with a roofline that strikes me mid-torso, and not so short that I feel short. ~ Huntsman

Somewhere between 5'-10" and 5'-11". I like it, I don't usually have to get denim hemmed.

I think I am lucky to be 6'0" - I probably have the greatest range of choice in clothing since I don't need a "long" size jacket or worse a "tall" size of things, most things like cars, etc. fit me well and I'm not too cramped in airplanes, and I am still taller than or as tall as most women wearing reasonable heels, which seems to be their main criterion in judging male height. Sometimes I think it would be advantageous to be a bit taller, but I'm not athletic anyway and for sports that require height you need a lot of it to where it becomes a problem.

At 17, I was 5'7-5'8.

In the spand of a year, I became 6'3. So everything is possible.

People always told me that I would stay 5'7..I always get the last laugh

By the way, my mom is 5'2 and my dad 6'3

I'm about the same height and I usually need to get my denim hemmed a bit. I have shorter legs. I guess your inseam is 32", huh?

Impressive growth. I hope I get an inch or two more. My father grew at 21 though, so I might as well then. Did you do anything special when you grew? Increase in exercise...etc?

In my opinion, this is the sole criterion for a "good" height. At 5'10", I won't be dating any models (among other reasons). But I'm just the right height for Tanith Belbin.
