Had Duck tongues, fried, crispy and oh so yummy at Sweet-n-Tart, back when it was a step down place on Mott street.

Their black walnut soup was exceptional.

I love menudo, which is such a treat on a late Saturday morning/early afternoon. I don't see why beef tongue is not as popular in the U.S., because I love tacos with this as the meat.

Also, I take all of the giblets in a chicken, season them, and put them back into the bird - they contribute so much flavor, especially when you cook the bird breast-down for half the cooking time.
