I use one starting after I started getting muscle "knots" on one side of my neck with stiffness. Not a problem now.

+1...though I am more of a back sleeper. The Tempurpedic mattress and pillows are the best sleep system, I have experienced!

I bought a Tempurpedic "knock-off" from this company http://www.isoform.com/index.php

They are American made for those who care about such things. I am extremely pleased with my pillow.

My sister has a Tempurpedic mattress. I have to admit that it's really, really nice. I've slept on it at her place before for a few nights.

I made my own though for much less (still $650) by buying a heavy piece of foam and then adding a 4" mattress topper from the above company. The heavy base foam was actually the more expensive part. It's covered by a sheet so doesn't matter that that it technically looks like crap. Almost as good as the Tempur although I'd give the Tempur the clear win.

Note: I have no financial interest/stake in the above company. I just did a lot of research before buying a bed. It's been a couple years but I found a few guides out there about cobbling together a Tempurpedic mattress like I did.

I ended up getting the large Sweedish Neck Pillow. 2 nights in and it's so-so. I've been told that it takes upwards of 3 weeks to get used to.
