Tempurpedic Neck Pillow

I was recommended one of these by a chiropractor and was wondering if anyone here had experience with them. Or neck pillows in general, it doesn't necessarily need to be a Tempurpedic.

Big fan.

I have one that's contoured for the neck , but it only works if I lie flat on my back. I can't stay that way for the entire night, so it usually gets tossed to the floor after a few hours.

I used a tempurpedic contoured pillow for several years. Loved it (I'm a side sleeper). We also have a tempurpedic mattress.

Best money I've ever spent. I also purchased a travel size one because I can't sleep without the Tempurpedic now.

Thought I would chime in here since I recommend this pillow to everyone.

I was rear ended in a car accident when I was 17. Had neck pains for about three years. Sometimes so bad that I couldn't touch my chin to my shoulder. I bought a tempurpedic pillow and after two nights sleeping on it my neck was 100% again. I can not fall asleep with my head on any other pillow now.

I would suggest going out and buying two of these things. They hold firm for a few years and then you'll want to get a new one. Make sure to spend the money and get the real deal, I tried a few of the cheap imitations and they don't even come close.

If you tend to toss and turn a lot while sleeping, you should also consider trying a water based pillow.

I use one of these buckwheat hull pillows in the summer to keep my head cool. Takes a few days to get used to, but it really helps to keep the air circulation going.

Agree with everyone recommending it. Love Tempur stuff - haven't bought the mattress yet (moving around too much to want to lug it about every year or so) but a huge fan of the pillow. But they are made for people who sleep on their backs (I believe you can get one for side sleepers too) so if you are a restless sleeper then be warned.

Tempurpedic states that you can use the standard neck pillow as a side sleeper.

I'm a side or back sleeper and it is comfortable either way. The only thing to watch out for is buy the name brand stuff. I had a generic one once and after a week the memory foam started to forget.

I will agree with everyone who is recommending it and add that you should keep your normal pillow if you ever sleep on your stomach, you'll want to switch it out. It is nearly impossible to get comfortable sleeping on your stomach with one.

Couldn´t live without mine. Be carefull though, you´ll soon want the bed.

Depends on how big you are. I needed the larger pillow for enough support.

Apparently I am a large. I could have told them this I seem to get different answers on which side of the pillow to use. The dealers say use the large side. People who I've asked have said they occasionally use the small side. Which side do you guys use?
