I think that trophy wives are sad.

I want my wife to be a 7/10 but someone that appeals to me personally rather than being a formulaic Playboy bunny. Also she would have to be intelligent and able to outwit me at times.

Trophy wives are pretty meaningless, unless they are also great in bed in which case they are commendable. But also, the hotter your wife, the more likely she is to cheat on you and ruin your marriage.

Really? I disagree. If you are keeping your woman happy and putting effort into your relationship she has no reason to stray.

I'd rather not have a "marriage" beyond someone to bang all the time, provided thats what she wants as well of course. I don't want to have to intellectually engage with her either. I'd rather have someone that doesn't feel the need to carry on a conversation or spend much time with me. As long as she is happy playing a limited role, I am happy to do so as well.

I think another unstated criteria for having a "trophy" is that the man must either be fat, physically disgusting, or old, but has the means to attract a very hot woman.

so while Nick Cage isn't a model, he's not disfigured either.
