yes it's a true story. he was anorexic. everyone tried to get him to eat but he just stopped eating properly. as to how much weight he lost, it was a long time ago, if I remember right it was like he lost 45lbs on watermelon alone, then when he did his tea insanity he quickly spiraled to death. I miss him to this day. He was a great guy only went funny in the head in the last 6 months of his life. I also have a brother who's self destructing too..eating only seeds & nuts & lettuce. He's lost 60 lbs of weight and is not in good health at all.

Eat whatever you want only less of it. obviously salads are the best for your body but if you eat meat and junk food I mean have only small portions of it but definitely eat. Starvation is not the answer to better health. Eat and excersize. Take a 30 minute walk after dinner. The walking helps move the food along your G.I. tract and helps digestion, and the excersize helps burn off the calories. try to avoid sugar in the gut. don't drink beer because its too much sugar, or if you do, have only 1 or 2 on a hot day but not every day. make it an occasional treat instead of a daily ritual.
and if you eat meat then cut off the fat before cooking. that fat was for that animal and not meant to be for you. thats about all I can say.

Theres no "z" in exercise, champ. Also, why is the animal's fat "meant" for the animal, but not the muscle?
