buying leather in florence

I will be in Florence for a day and a half and I would like to buy a leather briefcase/messenger bag
I might also end up with other goods likw a wallet or even a jacket but I'd really like a brown bag
Where should I be looking ape this (san Lorenzo market maybe)?

What else should I keep in mind?

Just wander around, there are plenty of leather goods shops. See what sort of stuff you like and compare prices.

on a somewhat related note, if I have a flight out of Pisa at 6:15AM on a discount airline, should I not bother getting a room for that night?

Is there enough stuff do do late-ish at night in pisa that I could chill out until heading to the airport at like 3 (is 3 even a good time to head to the airport)?
