We also take exception that people mistakenly think the miserable bastard is English too.

Quite, althought I'm quite happy to bask in his glories.

I'm probably the only one here who wants a Hewitt-Federer final.

One for old times' sake.

Who says these "old-timers" can't compete with the new wave of players?

Roddick's an old-timer, and I'm predicting him to win.

I stand corrected! I retract the statement. Fuck Murray, Roddick for the win!

That'd be cool.

Would be great for American tennis but A) I'm not expecting anything from a non-woman American tennis player but chiefly b) really not expecting anything from Roddick.

Pulling for Atlanta's very own Melanie Oudin.

And can I just say this? Was never a fan of Green Day to begin with but with that stupid Green Day song leading in from every commercial break on ESPN, I am beginning to despise them even more.

Kuzenetsova upset in straight sets!

AH, good day for American tennis. Oudin, nice Roddick comeback in the fourth, though this match was really really close. I really wished that Fish had beaten Djokovic yesterday though. It clearly could've happened.

Federer-Soderling tomorrow should be awesome.

My brother is in the stands of Court #1 today. He got to see the finish of the Haas-Cilic match. Good stuff.

I am also very much looking forward to the rematch of the French Open final.

Roddick-Melzer is good.

It definately could have happened and a lot of people thought it would. But Djok put down a very solid, pro performance and Fish was never in it.

Djokovic's had a sketchy year. He hasn't been talked about too much since he lost the #3 slot to Murray, but he has mad skills and he's looked good on the grass. If keeps his play up he could very well make the final.

I like watching Soderling and I'm looking forward to the match with Federer.

I would love to see a Federer / Murray final. In the past, Murray has proven really tough for Fed to handle. If they both play hot, it will be a real chess match, and a win for either will have plenty fo historical tennis significance.

Definitely Murray-Fed final.

I'd be surprised if Roddick made it to the semis.
