The threads about drugs are incredibly lame, can we (as a whole) just ignore of condense them so that they don't consume the entire forum? I for one am becoming increasingly tired of each new Do you/Have you done ________? thread that pops up. I don't really care if Manton drinks Peyote tea while playing Candyland, whilst butt-naked inside a giant paper mache robot. One thread should be sufficient to discuss such topics IMO.

Can we agree that its becoming annoying?

I don't have a problem with the use of illegal drugs, and actually, for the most part I support it. Therefore a straight edge band is completely out of the question for me. I have concluded that drugs and alcohol don't make me feel very good, so I have stopped doing them. Unfortunately this isn't drugFORVM, thus the seperate threads about Marijuana, Coke, Mescaline, Ketamine, and etc. are a little out of hand. I'm all for discussion on the topic and all, its just getting a little annoying having a new thread pop up every day with a more outlandish drug. Maybe I'm the only one who feels this way.

Tokyo, if you DO want to start a SxE band, I volunteer for guitar duties....maybe get Ken away from the bar long enough to play something as well.

the straightedge band comment was a really lame joke, i am sorry

i agree w/ you that there are too many drug topics, but they all seem to have taken a direction unique from the other drug topics - i don't think merging them would accomplish anything, let's just agree not to have any more drug topics

I thought the first two were all right. Now there are posters apparently trying to one-up the other in chemical badassness.
