I am a powerlifter and couldn't even consider doing a human-flag, let alone a human flag chin up. Mad props to gymnasts.

Do you o Super Burpees? I am asking because I am not sure if this is a power lifter exercise or if it is more of an overall health/body builder exercise.

Bench/squat/deadlift is powerlifting. Clean & Jerk and snatch are Olympic lifting exercises.

I assume power burpees = weighted burpees... and I don't do those because I don't have the motivation or energy.
