take intro to wines, HADM 430. Marvelous class, professor Mutoski is a great educator though his lectures are a bit boring. You'll cover regions, varietals, production techniques, you'll hear from winemakers, estate owners, sommeliers, and you'll be tasting 5-6 wines every class in conjunction with the lectures.
Rumor has that it is the "most failed class at Cornell", but the data says otherwise (I think only around 5% fail each year, and its only 2 credits anyways). Exams aren't difficult although there were some tricky questions stuck in there. You only need to get 70% correct to pass.
