Is there such a thing as "healthy" ramen noodles?

I'm looking for some ramen noodles that are healthy that I can make at my office. We don't have a kitchen just a microwave. It would be great if these came self-contained in those plastic tubs that you just add water.

If you know of any, where did you buy and what did you pay. Thanks.

Lenora: You don't have to eat bland, tasteless food in order to lose weight. Your conceptions about weight loss and what is healthy for your body are also way off.

If you want to lose weight, eat less. You'll lose weight.

If you want to eat healthy, make sure you get enough protein in your diet, healthy fat, and cut out the starchy carbs and sugars (ditch the Cheerios and wheat bread). Eat meat/eggs/dairy for protein. Fill the rest of your stomach with vegetables like broccoli, spinach, kale, etc. Use as much flavor as you like. You'll notice that, with this diet, you'll feel fuller on fewer calories (which means you'll lose weight). You'll also feel more even energy levels and hopefully this can be used for exercise.

Asking people is the first step. Here's another step: Eat these foods ->

Count your calories. Only then will you know how much you're eating.
