I feel like Contra isn't as good as their debut.

Far too much layering of Koenigs voice, especially on California English; it is reminiscent of autotune in rap.

I like 'Holiday' alright, but the only song that sounded like what I was expecting was 'Cousins'... poppy shaking your ass in the summer time music. This album is selling because its the follow up and bloggers are talking.
when you see just as many people in their 30's and up talking about a band 2-3 years out of college somethings off IMO.
