The original Ninja. If you didn't drool at the sight of this bike, something was seriously wrong with you
2nd gen. Kawasaki Ninja 250. I actually put a deposit down on this badboy, then had to swallow my pride and beg the dealership to refund it because my mother threatened to throw me out of the house if I brought it home
Honda Hurricane 600. Buddy of mine had one just like this that I rode the piss off of. I rode it so much people thought I owned it (I used to give him my Jeep Wrangler to drive). This was my first real sportbike.
2 strokes madness
honda nsr250. That RC30 look is beautiful. Too bad they never sold them in the States
Duc S4r Monster. It still gives me chills.
2nd gen Aprilia Tuono in this same colour scheme
And let us not forget
Captain America's motorcycle. Ok I had no chance to get it but still...
My main helmet is pretty cheesy IMO but due to it being carbon fibre it is light as hell. The downside is the visor doesn't have the greatest seal plus the attachment is a lil dodgy esp when using HJC visors which seem to be thinner.
I also have a Scorpion EXO1000 with an integrated sun visor and Reebok pump cheek pads.
The good: the fit plus it is also quiet. I don't like riding in tinted visors in the dark and I hate riding in suglasses because I don't know what to do with them when the sun goes down (ditto with a spare clear visor) so that retractable sun visor is a good thing
The bad: The thing weighs a ton.
The ugly: It feels like 2 tons after wearing the Joe Rocket
I think I need a new helmet and have narrowed it down to 2. What I get will depend on the bike I buy. If I end up getting a naked bike, I will get this one next: Icon Variant. It's got that Halo thing going on and although I am not a gamer, I like the look.
If I get another sportbike, I want to go try a fancy decorated Suomy like this one. Reminds me of my NYC high school days, riding the D train or the #4 to the Bronx
Isle of Man TT: The ultimate test of manhood. Going flat out through little ass villages with curbs..err..kerbs, stone walls, metal fences, etc...You have to be a madman to do it. Needless to say this is not on my bucket list. Hell - I don't think I even have the balls to be a spectator!!!
