Trunk shows...

I got one of those invites to a 3 days long Gucci trunk show in Manhasset. I have never been to a trunk show before and I really do not know if this will be anything special. The thing is, it really isn't about it being a Gucci showing, because I hate Gucci.

Here is the deal; basically I am using this as a way to get this girl to have lunch with me. She wants to hang out with me but my friends say that asking her out to lunch wouldn't be a good idea because this girl is not "that kinda girl." She really is more of the girl you would just hook up with at a party. So I thought since she has expressed how material and desinger obsessed she is maybe this is something to take her to..

Let the flaming begin.

Very funny. She is 16...they meant it as you cannot really have a regular date with her. I want to use the trunk show as a way to get her to have lunch with me.

What great adult role models.

Okay, here you go. Do you know if she likes you at all? Ask her to a movie because she likely has no conversation skills, then get her drunk and make a move. If she doesn't like you, skip the movie part. The trunk show will be fail. You get a special picture.

Fixed that for you, bud.

Seriosuly though, if she's the party type, why don't you go to a party with her? Hook-up there. Then it'll be easier to call her up any other time and meet with her at a restaurant or something like that.

I edited that line, but yeah, you have a high chance of scaring her. You need to keep it high school. Hell, not even many junior or senior college girls can handle the thought of doing something with a guy that's actually interesting and likely to promote conversation.

She's 16 but the type you would hook up with at a party?

Do the parties you go to have Amber alerts instead of smoke alarms?
