Dealing with f*** ups

Heres the story:
Yesterday, was last chance dance at my school. There is a long standing tradition that everyone goes shitfaced (immature - i know, but its high school, what are you expecting). So what do I do? I don't just get drunk, I become inebriated to the point that I couldn't recognize people or focus my eyes. Long story short, I end up mostly ruining other peoples nights and trying to hook up with girls and then apologizing excessively.
My question is: What do I do now? I've apologized to everyone and of course they say "It happens to everyone, its okay." But honestly I don't think i can talk to those girls again.
Advice on the matter would be excellent.

You're going to have to sweep the dirt out of the rug and move on. Realize your limits, and how what you do affects your friends around you... then learn from it. Reputation is build up over time, not a single event. Now, this excessive apologizing is another issue.

relax, it's just high school.

Is this sanctioned drinking?

Anyway, nothing more pathetic than people stuck in high school stage, as in reliving glory days from high school.

High school is a phase; live it and move on.

Nah I'm not sure if my parents are aware of my underage drinking. If they are they aren't mad about it. I'm also really trying to avoid the reputation and gossip that goes along with it.

if you ruined anyone elses night, they weren't drunk enough.

you shouldn't have apologized, it probably turned out better than you thought (unless you were basically molesting people).

You're a Senior? You're going to be done with people, unless you're set to become a loser townie. Ditch wherever you're from and move on.

You're going to learn how to handle you're liquor better in college and there are going to be way worse nights than this coming up. Deal.
