I sold someone a pair of Light Adjusting Wiley X glasses on ebay. Unfortunately, the glasses light adjusting mechanism had worn out and they didn't work anymore. Apparently, this was a problem with some of the earlier glasses.

The customer says he wants his money back which I have no problem with.

He sent back the glasses but not everything I sent him. I sent him a case, glasses, cloth for the glasses, strap for the glasses, etc.

He sent me back the glasses and is basically saying "tough ****" about the other stuff. He wants credit or he'll leave negative feedback.

Unfortunately, I already left him positive feedback.

What a dick.

Should I just forget about it (I need to credit him for about $40) or should I complain?

No credit until he returns all.

I thought ebay changed the rules a while back so that a seller couldn't leave negative feedback for a buyer?

Stick with Casual Encounters on CL - much cheaper than eBay.

I tried to figure out how to leave negative feedback... and coudn't find it. I think they indeed removed that... probably so they won't be a go-between and party to a slander lawsuit or to or three.

No, but I think I'm going to get a negative no matter what.

I agree. And if he doesn't, ********* & his negative feedback. So you get one negative feedback in your profile, it won't deter anyone else from bidding on your other items....unless of course you already have negative feedbacks.
