nay. I use mouthwash with flouride, so it's kind of unnecessary in the toothpaste. Pretty sure it scrubs stuff off your teeth (by being slightly abrasive), so the fluoride isn't really what makes it work. I don't think fluoride cleans, I think it just protects.

I'll have to try Jason stuff because I use their shampoo. I tried Tom's of Maine and various other hippy toothpaste brands and they all made my mouth feel dirtier than when I started.

Tiecollector, I've had the same experience with most "natural" toothpastes. I've used Jason toothpaste for the past few years, though, and find it leaves my teeth feeling nice and clean. (It's also less sweet than Colgate, etc., which is good in my book.)

Anyway, since I use toothpaste without fluoride, nay, I guess. But I'm always a little paranoid I might be ruining my teeth because of it.

I wouldn't be so worried. Do a search on youtube on fluoride. According to some of them, fluoride was just an industrial bi-product that they needed to get rid of and there was some conflicting info on whether or not it somehow strengthened teeth, so they started putting it in toothpaste. The biggest problem with teeth today is the acid in soda.

Fluoride on toothpaste might not be so bad, but in our water! yikes!

I don't recall saying I believed it, I said that is what some of the videos claim, but do think fluoride is unnecessary in toothpaste. I brush with fluoride. How they equate topical application of toothpaste to ingesting fluoride in our water I have no idea. I think putting it in the water does more harm than good.

Only the Sea Fresh Plus CoQ10 Gel Toothpaste contains Fluoride.
