I love Stein's columns. I've never laughed so much while reading a book.

I think I'm going to give up on Infinite Jest, I want to enjoy it, but just can't. Those damn initialisms. ffffuuuu.gif

Going to read Crime and Punishment, my first foray into F.D.

Reading the . . . . . fountainhead.

What i'm reading now

I thought Stranger in a Strange Land was a snoozefest. I didn't connect with any of the characters and I wanted them all to die by the end.

I really enjoyed Cloud Atlas.

Has been looking for cloud atlas for a few weeks and it's not available anywhere. Store employee said they are recalling the prints in anticipation of the movie.

Meaning that after this we will have the version with the cinematic cover... frown.gif

Also just finished my first Umberto Eco- The Prague Cemetery. Formidable, since I just recently started reading again. Now on to Foucault's Pendulum.
