I am no longer that excited about new futurama episodes. NO WAY IN THE WORLD it is going to be remotely the same. The voices were actually one of the best parts of the show. The voice actors had perfect delivery and vocal quirks. I can't tell you how disappointed i am.

There's speculation that they're just using that as a negotiation tactic.

Should have just left it in the annals (hehe) of time.

The four features that just came out were all excellent.

The features were solid, but i don't know about excellent (compared to past futurama episodes). They did fall victim a little bit to knowing what does and doesn't work and not in a good way. It wasn't a complete parody of itself like most shows become after a long period of success. But some of the jokes, gags, and subplots didn't feel quite as organic as the original 4 seasons.

If this is true, it will be uber-fail.

You can't see it, but I'm frowning very hard right now.

Zoidberg and professor farnsworth will be impossible to replicate and are in every episode. This is seriously awful. The writing probably wasn't going to be as good as the first 4 seasons and now it won't even have the same charm. I might catch an episode here or there but i'm not longer excited at all

I don't get why they wouldn't have at least brought back the one guy who did voices for 3 of the main characters.

Way to bring back a show and kill it all in one blow.

Too bad, as Futurama was excellent.

I can do the Professor's voice somewhat well, and Wernstrom's voice very well.

Am I the only one who didn't find the show that funny in the first place? The whole thing reminded me too much about the Simpsons, and as I'm sure we can all agree to that show hasn't been funny since about season three.

Family Guy is hilarious.
