I was at a taping of Ming Tsai's show and Chris Consentino was a guest host with him. Nothing more to add than that.

Has she had a successful restaurant that was her own? I have heard good things about Moksa, but it is now reported that she is leaving to go to Chicago. Ginger Park? OM?

I don't think she owns any part of Moksa or OM. An Indian guy named Salman (SP?) is the owner of those 2 places. I moved up here after Ginger Park closed. Before her time in Boston she was at a place in New York that was suppose to be dynamite. Haven't heard about her leaving for Chicago, I wouldn't be surprised.

Moksa is the place I was referring to. If you are back this way again it's worth trying. If you like cocktails I can send you a PM with a few pointers on how to order. (I don't want to leave a lot my of info up). I don't think the drink menu is that great, she has really had to dumb down what she can do so it would work with inexperienced bartenders.

Current season TCM has been entertaining and I'm really enjoying the line-up of chefs. Love how the sous chefs play a more involved role in the success (or failure) of the chefs. It's definitely been interesting to watch that dynamic.

^ Agree--integrating the sous chefs into the show was a great move.
