No, if it's on your arms you need sun on your feet.

Okay that sounds odd but you're a trustworthy guy so I'll give it a shot.

I have it too. Try retin-A micro. And don't squeeze the plugs, they scar, especially if they're on your face

I tried retin-a when i was younger but it never showed any positive reults. I just have it on the upper arms, and it's keratosis pilaris alba, so it's not red and inflamed. Still, it's pretty annoying.

I've had it for a while too. My dermatologist recommended Cerave lotion and it seems to help for the most part. My legs smoothed pretty quickly and my upper arms are just barely bumpy now. I doubt there's anything special in the lotion helping with the KP, I think its just more that I am keeping my skin from drying out (I have extremely dry skin for most of the year). My sister had it for a while but it faded naturally as she got into her mid 20's. Sun does seem to help as well, but sometimes too much sun can actually inflame the KP (at least in my experience). TL;DR: Moisturize daily and get a reasonable amount of sun.

Why don't you just floss every day and use Listerine after brushing?

I had it up through my late teenage years. Get some sun on the affected areas and while in the shower use a rough washcloth and lightly scrub them.
