Even BB doesn't sync calendars wirelessly though, so this would rock if iPhone can just run off the corporate Exchange server plus some desktop stand alone software.
Not a clue. By the way, my BB used to synch through wires a long time ago but has been completely wireless for a while. If I add a contact or an appointment or whatnot using my computer, it automatically appears on my BB. I'm guessing that's because you are not using the server program? That is not something I'm willing to give up anymore. You should push for it.

I guess what I'm looking for is this: when I send an email in Gmail or my work account from a phone, I want that outgoing message to show up in my sent items on Gmail or my work computer. If I delete an email on the phone, computer or from the web, it should be deleted in the other two. I guess I'm still trying to figure out if the Pre will do this.

So the Palm Pre (version 2 I think) is coming to Verizon on Jan 25. I know people here have discussed the pros and cons of the first generation. A few months in - do you have any updates? I am very interested in 1) leaving AT&T and joining Verizon; and 2) getting the new Pre. Thanks.

The update should help. I was quite surprised that the tech/blog/mag community turned on it (and Palm) so quickly. The OS looks cool and the form factor is very nice, sharp edges notwithstanding. I'd prefer the Palm Pre over the Droid but would not trade my iPhone of one.
