I think I read that he was one of those dudes who pulls trucks and crap for fun, but the synthol screwed him up so badly that not only can he not pull trucks, but he can't work and lives off the state in Norway or something.

i've seen a guy with totally ripped biceps who has never curled in his life. alll you need to do are weighted chin-ups

Do mechancial supersets Involve more exercises that change up the dynamic of the exercise. For example... Do curls on the preacher bench on the other side (straight vertical) and then switch to the angled side immediately after. Or do seated curls followed by standing hammer curls. (hard ---> easier exercises)

My arms always sucked, always small and never growing... Two things I did to really make them start growing: - Other lifts, such as more presses, pull ups, chin ups, etc. - Focused on triceps, arms got big after that, and with the other stuff my biceps caught up and I am finally happy with them. (well, almost, need another inch and a half)

Toss in some hammer curls and reverse curls to hit your brachialis, focus on increase poundages on you back movements; and eat more. As for you triceps, they are around 2/3's of you upper arm mass, blast them with NGBP, weighted dips, etc.

Also you may be doing too much bicep work? 5-7 sets and I'm cooked.

My arms are about 14.5 and I can't rep out 45's.

I would toss in the hopper some heavy narrow grip seated cable rows. It's a great lat exercise (I only do a few cable exercises, incl this one) that will build your biceps and forearms secondarily. I deload after each rep.

why do you want to grow your biceps? especially a specific inch size? just concentrate on overall strength and look.
