I really like these shoes, unfortunately the authentic Rachel Comeys are a bit out of my budget... anyone know of a similar shoe that can be found for less $$

I know they're nothing ground breaking, just a black leather shoe with wood exposed sole, I just can't seem to find them anywhere.

I like generic man more than rachel comey, and I think they go on sale a lot at the stores that carry them.

Nice pull.. kind of digging those Kirks

How is the quality of Rachel Comey?

It might just be me, but I find that many fashion designer's shoes look cheap in person. I know Opening Ceremony gets hyped a lot here and I like a lot of their apparel, but the shoes (which I think they are known for) looked pretty meh.. Same with most of the stuff I see at Barney's NYC.

I'm sure Styleforum has undoubted appreciation for your 'thread enforcement', this is serious business.

Nothing to see here guys and gals constant struggle has it taken care of. He's saving this oh so valuable band space.

As recommended above the grenson kirk is a nice alternative and probably a better shoe over all... looks to be a little less casual as well. Nice find!

actually we do appreciate the thread enforcement.

grenson kirks are a good suggestion. the first pair of derbies suggested don't look very similar though, seems like a completely different shape.
