Shoe care sites

I've tried searching but I think the post I'm looking for is lost.

There was a site posted a week or two ago with a link to an online retailer that sold nothing but shoe care products. I'm having some troubles with my supplier here in town and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place online that supplied things like Lincoln Wax or Saphir Médaille d'Or.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks,

Dimitri

You might try searching eBay for the seller who has a constant, extensive stock of Saphir, among others. I don't know the seller's circumstances, however, and so am unsure of his/her suitability as a stock/bulk supplier.

Dorian, even a non-stock supplier would do in this case, but unfortunately that seller is long gone. I've tried looking for him and his ebay store closed down.

there's an ebay seller who used to import saphir from france. i don't know if he still sells on ebay since he's trying to transition to his own site. i bought three tins from him (great transaction). this is his email address paulbolten@free.fr

i know there was another sf member who used him because he was recommended by someone else on the sf.

I have never ordered from them, but I have heard these people are pretty good:

Shoe Shine Kit

Try the eBay seller Frida_Eich

Although Frida and Paul might be the same seller.

I ordered several times from them. Always a good experience - very reliable

You guys led me on the right path. This is the site I was looking for: http://pbolten.free.fr/essais/home.html Thanks a lot for the info. This is good, though the color selection is severely limited.

Dimitri, here's one for Lincoln:

And for Saphir, Franco's did have the line when Ron Rider was with them (Ron sent me a long and detailed brochure), and it's still listed. Thus, you could shoot them an e-mail and inquire:

Cheers,

Try e-mailing him. He can probably get you whatever you need.
