This seems like a good place to ask this question.
We're all here because we take some degree of pride in fashion or style. That seperates us from the majority of American men (or maybe men in general in all the world). Many women also take pride in their appearance or style, and growing up are encouraged by social norms to play with dolls and play dress-up and all that stuff.
So, have you ever felt like a woman was dating you largely as a fashion accessory? A sort of "oh, make sure you wear this outfit or that one; it will look great against my white slacks, purple blouse, white shoes, etc etc etc." It seems like somewhere there is a line between both having an interest in fashion and style, and merely being an accessory to someone else's sense of fashion and style.

Seriously though, the only time she has a problem is when I wear something too similar to what she's wearing. We don't want to be all matchy matchy.
