I have a pair of Nudies--Regular Ralf Dry Selvage. I have worn them for 5 months and 30 days. When they say in the Nudie booklet that you shouldn't wash them for 6 months, do they mean a 30-day month or a 31-day month? Help! I don't want to ruin my jeans!

Also, they smell sort of like Detroit in summer. Is there anything I can do about the smell? I heard that if I tie them to the antenna on my car and use them as a windsock while I drive through the countryside, that might help air them out a little. Has anyone tried this?

I've heard that after I wash them, they'll shrink a lot. I'm afraid they'll turn into capris. What can I do?

My dog barfed on my unwashed R&Bs. If I spray Febreeze on them, will that hide the smell enough?

I'd say buy your dog some kind of cool dog costume



but then barf all over it, and then force him to wear it unwashed for the next couple of months.
