If you are waiting on a response or anything from us i assure you we will get to it within the next day or two. My apologies for the delay. We appreciate your patience.
The buffalo leather on the service boot is too thick for a liner, but we've added a custom heel pull, a couple extra eyelets and some of the stitching has changed. Otherwise it's essentially the same boot.
No code at the moment. We run pretty regular promotions though and we will be knocking sales goods down again as soon as the shop is back up.
The wait for a pair of Vibergs has gone up to about 12-16 weeks on the conservative side. I think we'll cut off the made to order service anyways. Nobody seems to be understanding of the fact that they are getting custom footwear made by a company that produces less than 30 pairs in a day. We can't make these things go any faster and as nice it is to be able to offer MTO, it's not really worth the customer service headache that comes along with it. Going forward we will be producing small runs and that is all that will be available.

I'm not sure how much you're familiar with Alden lasts, but how does the service boot compare to the Indy boot (or any Trubalance, Barrie or Modified last boots) in terms of sizing? I talked to Viberg a bit and they recommended 6.5E (UK), and typically I wear a 7.5D or 7E on the Trubalance, Barrie and Modified Alden lasts. I also wear a 6.5E (UK) for Crockett and Jones' 325 last, if that helps at all.

Cool, thanks. I just sent you an email - looks like I ordered the wrong size and need to go up one. Guess I'm fatter than I thought. confused.gif

Hey everyone,

As you're all aware our webshop has been down for about a month. After trying to address some minor glitches with an upgrade things went sour and we lost our database. We were able to recover most of our information, but could not get things back to functioning properly. When it looked like we were going to be offline for a while we decided we were better off launching a new shop entirely. We're a few days away from going live now and are extremely pleased with how things are looking. It's a much richer, more intuitive interface, and a much more powerful platform. Expect more content, better product images, a mailing list (fianlly!), and overall just a much impoved shopping experience. Sorry for keeping everyone in the dark this long, we've really been grinding it out since we decided to relaunch. When the shop goes live it will have some new Spring items (Common Projects, Wings + Horns, Naked & Famous), a ton of new 4 Horsemen Supplies products and all remaining Fall merchandise will be 50% off. As usual we are hoping for some solid feedback from you guys in the first few weeks as we continue to tweak things and add products. Despite the frustrations of being down for so long, we are excited for the new shop and the amazing line up of Spring brands about to drop.

One last note, with all of our server/hosting swapping over the last little while we've had a couple instances where our email has been down. If you've sent anything in the last week or two and haven't received a response please contact us again and i'll get back to you asap.

definitely good to hear things are getting back to normal.

I saw regular updates on Twitter from 4Horsemen during all this, so I was relieved to see it.

We're back

Thank you to everyone for the support and kind words. It's nice to know you haven't all forgotten about us! The shop is back up, though as you'll see, the content is extremely limited at this point. Our old stock is being migrated over to our new platform so those of you looking for sale stock, it will still be a few days. In the meantime we will be adding new Spring product all the time and filling out any of the missing content we can. Please be brutally honest with any feedback or issues you might encounter. We still have a lot of work to do on the site, but we couldn't let the domain sit empty any longer. Once again thank you guys for your patience. Things should return to normal over the next few days in regards to response time as well, so if anyone needs a hand shoot me an email and i'll do my best to get back to you immediately.

BRUTAL HONESTY: It is kind of annoying when I hover over the "Shop" and the huge menu of "New Arrivals/Sale/etc" pops out suddenly. (And inconsistent because you have to click on "Brands" or "Categories" for those menues to appear.) I like the clicking more than the hovering.

Positivity: The camel coat and popover are really cool.
