Does anyone know if the Loro Piana sale is going to be spring or winter merchandise?

Loro sale sucked. Last year I bought a coat for 75% off. This year they were 40% - even on last day. Prices were no better on most things than the outlet

I just stopped by.
No mens socks/cufflinks(maybe 10 in the case that I saw) left. Loads of sweaters/pants/etc. Gloves/scarfs/hats are still available. Also a selection of shoes(downstairs.) You have to pick through to find your style. They said that they are not re-stocking.

Very nice selection of shoes for the ladies(also downstairs.)

I came away with some PJ bottoms/a set of cufflinks and a really nice chain for a lady friend.

Any word on Memorial Day weekend/ 23rd thru 27th May sales?
There's a bunch of Carson Street Clothiers at C21 FiDi. I picked up two OCBDs for ~$45 a pop.

Sport coats (Southwick for CSC), pants, shirts, and a few Eidos Napoli suits. Shirts I think are $40-70 range, sport coats are ~$250, and not sure about the pants. Would have definitely picked up more if the CSC stuff fit me better.

On a separate note, it kills me how much Brioni, Isaia, and Zegna is at C21 right now. Every time I go I cross my fingers that they'll bring the prices down but I'm consistently let down. Isaia prices are pretty significantly above the Isaia sample sale prices.

There was also a pretty awesome Canterelli midnight blue tuxedo in I think 40 or 42 for a pretty good price. Passed because I just don't get the midnight blue think for formalwear, but looked cool if that's your thing.

Where exactly in the store was this?  Satin or grosgrain, what lapel style (if you recall)?
