RRL on west broadway is having 40% plus 40% off winter/fall items.  going there later today.  not sure if other RRL stores are having a similar sale.

Bloomie has 50% off plus 25% off many items including many caruso and corneliani suits by 1pm.  after than, just 50% off.  worth checking it out.

Thanks Doctorman! Popped by C&J NY on way back from an errand and they are selling subs in the $400 - $700 range. Nothing of interest for me at that price point. Some were benchgrade and some were handgrade. You can probably call the store to find out if they have anything in a style you are looking for in your size.

EDIT: Forgot to note that these sale shoes were marked "subs." Not sure if this was the case for all shoes, but it was for the ones that I picked up.

Picked up several Isaia and Brioni ties from Barney's for $89 and $79, respectively. smile.gif

None of the good dress shirts on sale left in my size at Barney's, Saks, or BG. frown.gif

JL had nothing on sale I liked, but lots of shoos I liked at full price.

Thinking about making a day trip to Manhattan and stopping at BG, Saks, Barney's, Polo Mansion, John Lobb, Paul Stuart, Carson Street, and Leffot. Looking primarily for knitwear, casual trousers, and shoes. Any stores I should take off or add to this list?

The Turnbull & Asser sale is so so. Good amount of sweaters/sweater vests in various colors for 250 and up (cut too full for my taste), but nothing that blew me away. Ties & shirts on sale may have been decent, but I didn't look because they're irrelevant for me.

You should definitely add the Armoury's new Tribeca location to this list.

Picked up some RLPL ties at the Mansion for about $68. I picked up some wedding ties. They have some nice madders and other generally conservative ties.

All the ties where extra wide ties. Selection is VERY limited

I always love some PL fall ties, and really the entire PL fall collection overall. I just went to my local RL store in NJ and saw some of the amazing prices......really wish I would have gone the day after Christmas when the entire store was practically 75% off

Saw some nice shirts on sale for half off at Grahame and Fowler. Some other items, sweaters and scarves were half off. In store only: http://grahamefowler.com/shop/mens-shirts/

Cruciani has a sample sale going on at the NY Showroom. Started yesterday 1/16 and ends today at 8 pm. Checked it out yesterday and got a decent haul. Good selection of pieces mostly ranging 48-52 Prices ranged from $80 for the cotton knits and pants to $300 for outerwear and thick cashmere sweaters. Had a much larger women's selection as well which included accessories as well. Definitely worth checking out.

Located on the fifth floor of 41 W. 57th St between Fifth and Sixth Aves.
