Manhattan Sales Alert!! - Page 313

starting in size 44 EU or what they called 10 US and up there was a decent assortment, all 80% off list price. Most shoes were 2970, so roughly 600 plus tax. I tried on some pairs and found they ran big by at least 1 full size. Maybe others can chime in...

There were some nice balmorals, some pointy some more traditional.

kitons run 1.5 sizes large, more on the D spectrum of widths (think EG D width, not E width).

$600 for kitons is quite fantastic.

There were some nice brown capote Adelaide's in 9, sadly about 1/2 size too big for me.

I'll be in Manhatten on the weekend of Feb. 22nd.  Does anyone know of any good sales on either shoes or suits going on then?

I was there about an hour ago. Stuff is now 85 percent off except suits and sport coats which are 80. Not a lot of stuff left but there are still some really nice things to be had for good prices as far as kiton goes. I wear a size 50 and bough a cashmere overcoat and sweater. If anyone is a size 38 or so there is a REALLY nice shearling jacket marked 50 that I would have bought but was too small for me. Think it was 85 percent off of 9500

it was worth going for me.

It's all done now. Shoe selection was very low as of 4PM today. There were some nice leather and shearling outerwear in EU50, but even 85% off of 9500 is still not exactly cheap. All relative I guess...
