All prices are set. Lace up's are $185 I believe. The women's selection is MUCH better. But I actually like a certain style of Bally and saw them in suede(chocolate color) but they did not have my size.

I stopped by this afternoon. Very small amount of stuff. about half of the items are ladies.
sportscoats are $1200, suits are $1600. shirts are about $165 each but seemed to be sizing seems to be incorrect. I normally wear a 17 or 17.5 slim fit shirt and i fit into their size 16. they have some cords in 3 colors which i believe were around 140, very limited stock and sizes.

Checked Barney's Warehouse. It is awful. Outerwear: nothing -black coats from 3 years ago.
Sweaters : overpriced Bamford & Sons here and there the rest is garbage.
Shirts: Brioni for 199.00 , Piatelli for 179.00
Suits : Some Isaia for 1000/1200 some Etro for 799.
Shoes: mostly garbage some Lidford (if you like it) but the price is 640-30%=still too stupid to bite.
Overall it is not worth a visit.

Any discounts on the suits?

suits were down to 30% off the ticketed price. yellow tag suits were down to 50% off.

There were some nice Isaia Napoli suits (red Napoli labels inside the suit) tagged at $999 with 30% off, bringing them down to about $699. They looked very nice, but are they some kind of difusion line? Retail was listed at $2995. May go back for that this weekend . . .

I didnt look at much else but they had some really nice kiton 7-folds if you look through the racks . . . some were $255 down to $149 with another 40% off. Others were $255 down to $99 with another 40% off. So you can get some for about $100, others for about $60. Basically, I got one priced at $149 and one priced at $99 for $149 total.

Not sure if there are any more price cuts planned for the weekend. . . .place was pretty packed for the middle of a blizzard.

Anyone attend the Ralph Lauren Home sale? Stood motionless in line for 20 minutes and decided not to miss my lunch date.

Bloomingdales is currently having a sale - up to 40% off selected items. I'm guessing they'll be having even bigger sales soon to get rid of the rest of their Fall / Winter inventory.

Save Khaki's having a sample sale at the NOHO store, 327 Lafayette St. It runs through next Sunday and prices are about 60% off. http://www.thechoosybeggar.com/2010/...mple-sale.html

Seems pretty quiet on the sale front -- are there any good sales going on or about to come up online or in-store ?
