Write the brands you like under the categories you wish, select these categories, then select whatever terms you want to search be it the type of clothing you want or the sizes you want, then simply click the green button "Add Brands & Items & Sizing" and copy>paste what is in the "Copy > Paste to Address Bar" area.

This is so amazingly awesome, it takes the term 'devotion' to a new level. I really hope you see a return on this.

What do you mean by this? It's easy to search eBay for multiple brands (Demeul*,McQ*,kiton, brioni, lanvin,"dior homme",Margiela,Murgatroyd,LochNessWhoreBitch) and it's not clear to me what you mean about "through the web address."

The search field in eBay only goes to 300 characters if you are typing brands in, whereas with my excel sheet it extends beyond this, basically if you are looking for a large number of brands you need to input it through the web address in order to bypass the 300 character limitation, which is a pain as you need to follow the correct syntax and it's not easy to modify.

Don't worry Xeno, I understood everything from your description. This is indeed a useful tool, even for me who rarely ever uses ebay. I might actually use it more now. edit: I realize it uses ebay.com. I live in canada and use ebay.ca; is there a way to make it search ebay.ca and would it make a difference? 2nd edit: I see you can edit the URL in search box 2. but still wondering if the search differs if I change it to .ca as opposed to .com

^ I was actually going to update the tool for regions, I might still do it in my spare time, I'm really not sure as to the difference between the various region websites except for the blocking/unblocking of viewable items and slight layout differences, if anyone has more info on this I'd be very interested in it.
