Cigarettes - Page 27

Got the dual-purpose pipe tobacco. It's damn good. Taste is much better than store bought cigarettes. The cut is a bit longer, but it's a good thing because it doesn't fall out of the tubes as easy. It burns slightly different from regular cigarette tobacco, but it doesn't affect the smokability.

With shipping, it works out to 75 cents a pack. If I bought larger quantities of tobacco it would be cheaper but only bought two 6 ounce packs of tobacco. 6 ounces will make me around 250 cigarettes.

Got the house blend smooth from rollyourown.com. Also bought Criss Cross Smooth, but don't want to open the bag. 6 ounces will last me a long time.

I only smoke Djarum these days. After started smoking these Blacks, regular cigarettes just taste awful.

Another advantage is that chicks dig the smell of it. Cigarettes are expensive here in Australia, A pack of 25s cost around 17 dollars! Ive been buying my Djarum Online, they come in 16 sticks a pack though. Bought them at ciggiesworld and they arrived in 10 days. U guys should check it out.

Nat Sherman MCD's with the filter snapped off are my current favorite.

Do want.

Are they really that much cheaper there, or are you just buying really shitty cigarettes?

Before I quit, I loved those. For a while, they were making a filtered king size but discontinued them after only a year or so. The flavor of those was very rich and cigar-like.

I have been really wanting to try Djarum Blacks for a while but I have heard the above rumor quite a bit. Things like it makes your lungs bleed. Is this after smoking more than a few packs or something? These rumors are keeping me from buying a pack.

Does anyone know of a store in NYC that sells Prince cigarettes?

$13 is pretty much the average in NYC. One time I was in downtown Brooklyn and this bodega charged me $8 because I was a college student. Still don't understand it but why argue?

I'm still sticking to rolling my own. Danish Export by Peter Stokkebye is the best I've tried. Criss Cross is disgusting and very sweet. I have 6 oz of it and can't even look at it. The house blend from Roll Your Own.com is alright, but I just bought a pound of it (20 bucks with shipping) after finishing the 6 oz and it has been tasting pretty bad. I also am using injector tubes with the dual-purpose pipe tobacco which makes it taste not nearly good as rolling your own with a hand roller and Premier filter tips. It's just so tough to buy the Stokkebye, or even store bought cigs when I can buy the dual-purpose pipe tobacco for such a cheap price. It's like under a dollar a pack! Stokkebye is over 7 bucks for 1.23oz (50 cigs when rolling your own, less when injecting). Still inexpensive considering I like it better than anything store bought, including MCDs, which are still quite good. But it's more than twice the price of the dual-purpose pipe tobacco.

I remember when I went to Korea, I was surprised to find that most places had an ashtray next to every urinal in the bathroom.... I guess if you have to take a really big piss, that is too long to go in between cigarettes by Korean standards?

It's the same in some places in Japan. Hilarious. I liked having an ashtray in the crapper though. That's awesome, especially with those nice toilet seats.
