We are changing the current SF code to "SEPT10SF". This is something we keep running exclusively for StyleForum members, however it is being used a lot more frequently lately.

You google your company name and discount code and this thread and many dicount code websites pop up. Not surprised it's being used a ton.

I know needsupply through this forum and I bought a pair of apc jeans and herschel

bagpack from them.
I just received the parcel today in Singapore, I was so excited about it!

But it turned out different, they sent me the wrong jeans. I ordered a petit standard but i received a new standard jeans.
Very disappointed with Needsupply.
Now I'm waiting for them to reply my email and see what can we do about it.

This sucks!!!

Perhaps you should have waited for NS to reply and remedy the situation rather than lambasting first

Edit: Also, I second the idea of having a better check in place to see if coupon-users are, in fact, active SF members. Otherwise, what makes it a SF discount?

Need Supply are amazing guys, I am sure they will rectify your issue soonest. Do not forget about time difference between Singapore and US blah blah blha. If not, give them a call. These things happens.

Well, I don't see anything wrong with me posting this experience with NS while waiting for their reply.
This will show others how they handle stuffs like this and help others in such similar incident after they give me a solution to this problem, which probably send back the item to them? 
Well, I dont know.


Don't tell me you wouldn't get disappointed when you received the wrong items that you've been waiting for days and were so excited about it.

I second that.....I live in Richmond and happen to personally know the staff at Need...all great people and I am sure they will correct the error..give em a chance.

Hey guys!
I've received their email, and am really happy with their service and how they settled this.
I thought they will ask me to mail back the jeans and wait for 2 weeks for the refund, the usual procedure.

But they actually sent out my jeans today in express mail even though it was out of stock! (size 25 petit standard)
