Does anyone have any experience with packages going missing with NeedSupply? I ordered a pair of Common Projects and USPS lists the product as delivered, but it's not in my lockbox, where it allegedly is. Weirder still, package was said to be delivered at 3:30PM, but I was checking all day in anticipation, and it's status wasn't updated until after 9PM, approximately.
I'll be posting notes on mailboxes around my neighborhood in case it was misdelivered to someone nearby (fingers crossed), but if it's not recovered, does anyone know what NeedSupply's policy is? Never had this happen with NeedSupply, or any other retailer for that matter.
