Also, here's what I eat on workout days.

Steelcut oats mixed with a scoop of vanilla whey protein isolate, some milk, and a cup of mixed berries
Bacon or sausages (lots)
Eggs (about 3 or 4)
Some veggies and fruit

I usually just have yogurt, orange juice, a grapefruit and either whole wheat toast or rice cakes. When I want something significantly more filling, I just swap the toast for steel cut oats.

You call that a man's breakfast? I'm about to finally go eat after doing some work - burger with egg and bacon, pint of beer. Oh and I'm gonna lift a couple of hours later, and then eat an elephant.

Oh and I'm gonna lift a couple of hours later, and then eat an elephant.

by four scrambled eggs I meant the hearts of four wildebeests, and by avocado I meant an elephant seal hamburger, containing the meat of an entire elephant seal.

I skinned it with its tusks, and then I took it by the tail and slammed it against a craggy iceberg until it was soft to the heel.

wait you mean you still live in the stone age?

Oatmeal, and not the instant kind. I usually have it with my Illy coffee and a bowl of fresh fruits.
