I'd like something that's nutritious and filling.

Whole-wheat french toast, bacon, and coffee.

When making the french toast: add a splash of vanilla extract and some powdered cinnamon to the egg, and top with powdered sugar.

I eat 6 eggs (3 without yolks) and a thick slice of whole wheat bread in the morning along with 2 cups of nonfat milk.

This. But I only need three eggs and a slice of whole wheat toast. Keeps me full for hours.

Why filling? You're such a lazy, fat American. You're the reason Outback exists.

Oatmeal and egg whites.

If you are not watching your weight, add whole wheat toast.

Whole Oat Groats, soaked overnight but not cooked, with almonds, cinammon, chopped apple or banana and some milk.

How many threads have you started about oatmeal/steel cut oats in the last 2-3 years?

Because we don't want to be hungry an hour later. You don't have to stuff yourself...

I had the same problem when I ate just a bowl of cereal for breakfast (I got the worst advice ever. Then I realized that most diet tips in magazines and the internet are for WOMEN if they don't specifically say they are for MEN). I was hungry and tired all day and almost guaranteed to overeat in the afternoon and at dinner time. Now I eat 3 scrambled eggs and a couple slices of canadian bacon or ham. Sprinkle on a little cheese and you will be full for over 3 hours. Also, you will eat less throughout the day and have sustained energy. Try to get some fruit though since you need some sugar in the morning.

I don't eat breakfast and I'm not hungry and tired all day. In fact I'm less tired than when I used to eat breakfast. You don't need sugar or anything in the morning.
