I appreciate the help guys, but all I have is 20 and 30 lb dumbbells, and with my schedule going to a gym isn't an option, so I'm more looking for ideas for bodyweight exercises I guess.

How about the old tried and true: Take in less calories than you use.

Hello All,
back fat is major problem people are facing due to lack of excercise and busy scedule.it can be removed if properly paid attention and excercise.

Yes I've already stated I eat right and exercise, I'm looking for specifics that don't involve a gym.

I would strongly suggest getting a pull-up bar. Its definitely important to most body weight routines.

I've seen some of the hook-into-doorway ones on amazon and have thought of buying. Anybody have any experience with these?

I have one that works well, and it's lasted more than 5 years.
