@ Cityconnection Thanks a lot. Look forward to hearing what you find on the mtm/custom side.

Yes, they do have glass lenses. It was more like, why would you even want glass lenses?

I ended up getting a pair of Salt Warner with CR39 lenses and put polarised lenses in a pair of Masunaga frames. MJ didn't have lenses for my repair so waiting for new 223-10

I imagine that glass is clearer. Is that all in my head?
Also, Salt says they cut the lenses so that they're right over the pupil--don't frames sit different for people?

Thanks, CC

Well, there is no focal point on a lens with no prescription. I don't understand how they do this. Maybe you misunderstood or I just don't understand. But they do have a reduced prism lens.

I don't know much about them. I have been following their blog and it seems that they do have celebrity support. (if that means anything)

Boss Orange has one similar but I'm almost sure it isnt the one (Boss Orange has just been launched and might be hard to find, but they are well priced, sub $200). Also, Tru Trussardi has one that looks similar to that that will be released soon. There is another brand but I can't recall right now.

Thank you, really.

Feel free any time to post here or a PM if you happen to stumble over the other brand, or in fact you see these anywhere.

I've been really eyein' a pair of Robert Marc frames, but have only seen a few up close. Is the price point around 3 bills, or more in the 5ish area?

I highly apprciate it, but i am almost certain it is not RV. I thought of that myself, but non in their collection seems to match. Perhaps you could help me with some technical specs, i assume that the frames are plastic. But how would you describe it elsewhere? - how is the glass shape? The very straight temple(does it have a certain name? Also if you have any more suggestions your more then welcome

I guess it would depend on where you shop. Online you will find it for cheaper. If you go to a boutique, it will be a bit more. You might want to email them and see what the msrp would be in your area.
