I have the Oliver Peoples "Ari" in both black and tortoise. I've always worn "nerd" style glasses and these ones are my favorites by far. And yes, shurons are heavy but if I don't miss my guess LK was referring to visually heavy not physical weight. edited for pic:

Those frames are small and "tall" I mean in depth. They are almost like a square, but 50 eye size is on the small size.

i love my glasses because they are nerdy but different than the wayfarer style. They are brooks brothers bb 709. Mine are in "smoke" (dk. gray/black) I got them at lenscrafters
