Hygiene day pack

I was wondering what other people carry as a hygiene day pack. Mine consists of a packet of antimicrobial wipes, Purell hand sanitizing gel, disposable paper toilet seat covers, dental tape, tooth brush, tooth paste and a small container of Listerine. I keep this all in a large zip-lock bag and generally don't have a problem storing it in the interior pocket of my jacket. Do you find any product which I have not mentioned to be necessary for a day outside the home?

You keep all of that in your jacket, every day, all day? I have one question. Why?

I'd never leave the house without an NBC suit. You can fit one in a rucksack pretty easily.

Tissues?

One of these pocket packs might work better then a container of listerine:

I have one question.

Why?

I think that these are normal things to carry considering how unhygienic many public spaces can be. It took me a while to find a source for good quality disposable toilet seat covers without buying in bulk but feel that it was worth it considering the peace of mind that they provide me when I am away from home for extended hours.

Do you think that this product is effective in reaching as many places in the mouth as gargling does?

why not just lay down toilet paper on the seat before you sit down?

I feel that the sanitary paper provided in many public restrooms is not very hygienic.

Can't you use toilet paper instead of seat covers?

As for gargling, I think all dentists would agree that going more than a few hours without brushing/gargling/mouthwash is fine. After lunch, maybe, at work to freshen up, but that's it.

I know a person who does janitorial work at upper tier fast food restaurants and he is instructed by his supervisor to roll back up the toilet paper in the dispenser even if the end is touching the floor in order to save money. I personally feel that it is not sanitary to use many of the products provided in public restrooms.

A more logical conclusion would be to stop going to fast food restaurants.
