Yeah so? What's your point? Are you on Atkins or something? Keto? What?

I will never buy from them. Crap products. Poor customer service. Get ON Whey or Champion. Those are reputable companies that stick by their products. If not, got with Trueprotein or Proteinfactory.

may be one of the most uninformed statements I have ever heard...... check around on any bodybuilding/workout forum, allthewhey (for those that know about them) is the absolute highest quality, best tasting product you can find, try finding whey isolate for 24.99 a container, that is how much ON charges for their regular whey in the same size that makes ppl shit water every 30 mins. and causes bloat....

I used ON for years and the price/product are good, but def. 2nd to allthewhey... their isolate is right on par with Isopure at 1/3 the cost.

Interesting, independent studies have also shown that protein timing is completely inconsequential in terms of muscle building. (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1...ubmed_RVDocSum)

I'm just repeating the typical claims made by the supp companies themselves. IMO detailed protein composition/timing probably matters little to most people. Please link me to those independent studies re: casein and whey though. They must be completely rock solid in order for you to sound so matter-of-fact confident about it.

Anybody had their hydrolyzed whey? I called them and they said it was ultra grade which means not very bitter, which they confirmed. Their price on this is the lowest I've seen. Too bad they only offer chocolate and vanilla in hydro.

i don't even know what hydro whey is

It's basically pre-digested or "hydrolyzed" whey. The theory is that it gets rapidly utilized after consumption, so it's good for post workout, etc.

After seeing all the beasts that Mark Rippetoe produces with compound exercises and a gallon of milk a day and no supplements at all I've started to lose faith in the minor details like "hydro" vs. "iso" whey..

Yeah sounds like a bunch of marketing bullshit to me. Taking iso b/c you are sensitive to lactose is one thing, but choosing it over concentrate b/c you think you are going to get better gains is another.

Well that's not just a theory, its proven. Now how that correlates, if at all, with better gains....I don't know.
