For the people that got ripped off by JimmyFingers - you need to get together and collect your information and contact the FBI asap. There is federal jurisdiction and the amount taken from each individual can be added up to meet felony requirements. Of course charge back on paypal/cc to the extent that you can. And in the future don't send money to guys with screen names like "Jimmy Fingers." (C'mon! You ya'll let your greed get the better of you.)

The FBI will treat this like a serious crime and Jimmy will do hard time if you get your information together. A while back an ebay seller sold me and about 20 other people ibooks and never delivered. I still get victim correspondence from a federal court in Seattle that sentenced him to 8 years. (My credit card also refunded, of course.)
