quick question on the the low straights one wash. i just got a pair that i sized down 2 and the waist fits prefectly just above the hip but the thigh area is a little tight. so anyone who have this pair, how much do they stretch out after some wear? would they stretch out for about an inch?

You mean in the thighs? They'll stretch out just like any other jeans but if they're so tight that they're painful then I don't think they'll stretch out enough. Also if the waist fits you perfectly now, expect them to be too loose after some wear.

Are those black jeans made in US from Japanese denim? They have a different tag at the back than all my other slim fits.

tv2177, I don't wear low straights but, in my experience, if a pair of RRL jeans feels great when you first try them on, they will be a size too big by noon...unless you like sagging and having to wear a belt.

My thighs are really tight now, but not so tight that i can't breath tho. as for my waist they are just okay for me to button all the way up. sorry i didn't make myself clear.

i did ask the seller but he said he bought 3 pairs from the outlets and all of the inner tags are missing so no way to tell these are the black on black. unless someone else can tell me another way

if someone is in NYC, and wants to proxy, then they can proxy for you from the Bleecker street store. I think I saw 29x32, 31x32 and one more

By the way the sports coat and suit are made by Caruso, not sure if it's full canvassed, fits well, but mostly single or no vent. Might be a good alternative for RLBL or even Paul Stuart Phineas Cole (though the aesthetic is completely different). Pricing is pretty close to RLBL as well.

That doesn't sound right - the tag would be inside, sewn into the hip seam on the left. The seller must have the tags mixed up. We probably need Duderino to chime in - but I think the blacked out RRL patch means overdyed...

They are Black on Black. I have the same pair. Identical in every way.
